- Venue Sourcing: Whether you’re looking to transform a space you already own, a borrows field or want to explore our exclusive list of secret non-venue venues, we’ll help you design the ultimate event from any blank canvas for your celebration.
- Bespoke Design: We don’t just talk about ideas; we map them out. Using site visits and bespoke floor plans, our expert team will design every detail, from the marquee layout to the lighting and back of house services, so you know exactly what to expect.
- Full Production: We handle the nitty-gritty. From sourcing the best suppliers for everything from furniture to generators and then managing the actual build, we’ve got the logistics completely covered.
The Journey to ‘I Do’
- The Brainstorm: We start with a relaxed chat to understand your guest numbers, location ideas, and the exact vibe you’re aiming for.
- The Design: We measure up your space (sometimes even using a drone!) and create a detailed concept, turning your Pinterest board into a workable, stunning event proposal.
- The Planning: We tap into our top-end black book of East Anglian suppliers to source everything you need, managing the quotes and deposits on your behalf. We then use our bespoke ‘Event Bible’ to make sure nothing is missed and to help you work out the finer details such as on the day timings and little quirks that can make your day extra special.
- The Big Day: We manage the entire week-of build and handle the day-of coordination. We’re on hand to solve any last-minute issues, leaving you free to savour every single moment.
