How Do We Plan, Design & Manage Your Event?

We turn visions into reality. First we talk – then we draw whilst shopping around – throughout we’re always on call – finally we manage production and the event itself.

We’re very much hands on! We believe event planning should be fun, exciting and never scary. We’ll mine-sweep concerns and can come up with creative solutions (our wet weather plans are so good you’ll want it to rain).

We provide everything from sourcing entertainment to drawing up bespoke floor plans, and so much more.

Are Your events environmentally friendly?

We try hard to be and will always strive to be more! The main concept behind the Human Nature idea is that we create a habitat for you and your guests to create an all weekend experience rather than a “one nighter”. This doubles up then as an event and a holiday for you and your guests, promoting staycations, reducing travel between event and hotels and so on. We also only work with suppliers who are local and environmentally conscious themselves.

What safety measures do you have in place for COVID?

We are event professionals that have worked in events throughout the pandemic. This means we’re in tune and always up to date with ever-evolving government guidance and health standards. We’ll advise on what needs to be done to keep your event and guests safe. We adhere to the EIF/DCMS COVID-19 Performing Arts reopening guidelines, understand the guidance from Public Health England and have a COVID-19 Risk Assessment in place. To show this we hold the We’re Good to Go industry-standard mark.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

There are three main costs, the venue (if you choose to have one), the cost of suppliers (everything your event) and our design and management fee (15% of the total costs). We will include delivery and VAT in all these costs and the only extra charges would be for the generator fuel used during the event which will be billed after along with the final balance. Each location we have has a range of unique experiences that we can add on that may not be included in the initial hire cost.

What are your expertise?

Using blank slate patches of land to their very best, event design, marquees, event lighting, decor, on-site solutions, entertainment, rigging, problem-solving, Ray Mears.

I have worked in outdoor events for over 10 years, starting out erecting marquees and washing PVC. This led to managing the planning, setups and productions for private and corporate events with guest numbers anywhere between 6 and 2,000. I’ve experienced the joys of countless happy clients over a 1 am celebration drink in an epic marquee, always with filthy hands

Where is your office based?

Wherever the event is and a laptop. Anywhere in East Anglia.

Went is the best time for an outdoor event?

Any time of year is fine as long as you have us. We’ll roll up/take off the sides if it’s too hot and install the heaters and hard floor if it’s winter. We’ll advise on the best structure and interiors that match your style and time of year best.

I have a very limited budget, should i spend more on decor or activities?

We’ll advise how to get the best of both. Well placed decor need not be expensive and getting outdoors alone provides many activities that are pretty much free.

What is event design?

It’s creating something beautiful from nothing! It starts with an idea which we turn into floor plans, sketches and costings.

Is it possible to create an event in seven days?

In terms of set up - 100%. From contact to design, sourcing then production? Why not.
