We’re event maestros who plan and execute everything, to the enth degree.

We’ve got hand picked boutique spaces for you to pitch your event. Anything’s possible, but first we need to find you some space to do it in. All the locations we’ve found are beautiful, flexible, and all yours!

Weddings

Weddings on the wild side, that’s what we do.

You talk, we listen! We explore things you’ve thought of and things you haven’t. What means perfect to you? We’ve got you covered on everything from the marquee to the weather (this means wet weather plan!)

If you already have a bit of space, great! If not, you can choose one or more of our off-grid locations and we’ll meet you there!.

We’re experts in designing, managing and producing beautiful natural, free-flowing utterly memorable weddings.

Escape with Mates

The staycation is back! Gather your friends and loved ones and head somewhere extraordinary and of your own making (with a little help from us).

We design and deliver small events in any one of our unique locations, or somewhere found by you.

We treat each design as a blank canvas, with anything and everything catered for.

Glamping, star lit dinners, hot tubs and yoga, outdoor activities and much more can all be planned and sourced by us. All you and your party need to do is pack a bag and turn up.

Party

“Life might not be the party we hope for, but whilst we’re here we should dance”.

We professionally design and manage parties from the smallest spark. We’ll help design the layout, hooking you up with the best tents with all the ins and outs – furniture, decor, theming etc.

From canopies to canapes, as seasoned party planners no stone is left unturned. This includes catering, power, loos and pizzaz such as bands, DJ’s, photobooths and performers.

You’ll be amazed at what’s possible, from meadow to masterpiece.

Frequently Asked
Questions

How far in advance do I need to book with you?

Most event bookings occur 6 months to a year in advance, but we can also pull something together in a few weeks. Just ask us and you’ll come out better for it.

Do you plan events for different ages?

Any age is fine with us! Our speciality is planning events for 18th Birthday upwards, but we also have experience in spooky halloween parties for younger folk.

Do you manage events abroad?

Not currently

Do you manage digital events?

Sorry, we don’t.

What payment options are available?

A £250 (Event Design) or 30% deposit (Event Management) is required on booking for all events (depending on when you book). Beyond this we can be flexible up until 2 weeks before your event. At this point we would require full payment so that we can pay all contractors.

Can I change the date of my event?

This is definitely possible, though it would be at the discretion and availability of all parties involved. We will work with you to help in this process should it need to happen.

Can I reserve a location?

Of course. We would require a holding deposit and the time it could be reserved would be limited.

Can I change the size of my party?

Yes! That’s the beauty of starting from scratch and using marquees. We’ll work with you the whole way and amend everything as we go.

Can I meet the team?

We’d love to meet you! We could either have a zoom chat or do it in person.

Do you use freelancers or inhouse professionals at events?

We use a selection of the best event suppliers (who we know!) to create events. Though if you choose us to manage your event we will be the only number you need for all of them.
